  • Shipping Destination:  Holika Holika offers delivery throughout Canada only.  We do not make any shipments outside.
  • Shipping Restrictions: Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations considered “beyond points”.
  • Address:  Holika Holika will deliver items you purchase to the address you provide in your order. Deliveries cannot be made to post office boxes.
  • Shipping Fees:  Shipping fees vary depending on the order (weight, volume, destination and delivery time) and will appear on the screen before you confirm your order.
  • Order Processing:  Takes up to 48 hours. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
  • Delivery Time:  Holika Holika strives to have orders delivered as quickly as possible once your order is accepted, using the delivery method you select on the Site. Delivery times and fees will vary based on the shipment destination, delivery method selected and availability of products in inventory.  Order is delivered three to seven business days after processing, pending availability and credit card verification.
  • Deliveries:  Product deliveries are subject to the corporate policies of the delivery companies used by Holika Holika, which presently include CanadaPost within Canada
  • Transfer Of Title:  You become the owner of the products you ordered when Holika Holika turns your shipment over to the delivery company. You assume all associated risks at that point and Holika Holika will not be responsible for any loss, destruction or damage.
  • Payment In Full:  Holika Holika must receive payment in full for products before they can be shipped to you.
  • Order Tracking Information:  Once an order has shipped, we’ll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier’s website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier’s site.
    • Please note orders of high value require a signature upon delivery.
  • Refused Shipments:  We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and call Customer Service so that we can assist you with your order as needed.
    • Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.​
  • Redirecting An Order:   Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!

Credit Card Payment: We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express. We also accept International credit cards.  We reserve the right to stop accepting credit cards from one or more issuers at any time.

Validity and Authenticity:  You must use a valid and authentic credit card on the Site, and be an authorized user. If the charge is not approved or accepted, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice, with no liability or obligation. We reserve the right to contact the issuer for authorization if we suspect that a card is being used fraudulently.

Confidentiality and Security:  Our website is encrypted and protected by GeoTrust, guaranteeing that your details stay secure and private.

Holika holika undertakes to uphold the confidential nature of any Personal Information that you may provide when using the Site or in another transaction.

Holika Holika hereby waives any liability regarding the disclosure of your personal and confidential information, except in the event that such disclosure results from negligence on its part.

Return and Exchange:

The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through holikaholika.ca. All store purchases may only be returned to Holika Holika Stores within the country of original purchase. Please contact your local store for Return Policy information.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Holika Holika purchase, please contact our customer service by email order@holikaholika.ca or call us at 1-905-604-0087 (Monday to Friday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern Time) and simply return the purchased products within twenty-one (21) days of the delivery. Please note that all promotional products, including free samples and gifts with purchase, must be returned. We will be happy to credit your account for the amount of the purchase.

If the item you wish to return was not purchased through holikaholika.ca, we recommend returning to the place of purchase for resolution. We recommend that you return all products unopened and in the same condition in which they were delivered via CanadaPost and that you send your return via CanadaPost for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We’re sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable. 

Return Shipping Costs: You must pay the cost of shipping and insuring returned items (unless Holika Holika did not ship the products you ordered or you received defective products, in which case Holika Holika will pay shipping and insurance costs as long as you use a shipper that insures the package against loss and damage).

Order Cancellation:  Hit the "Submit Order" button before you're ready? We’ll do our best to help. During Customer Care hours only, you have up to 30 minutes from the time you click “Submit Order” to cancel it by contacting us.

Product Availability

  • Inventory. Holika Holika does not under any circumstances guarantee that products offered on the Site are available in inventory. If Holika Holika is not able to deliver any of the items you order because they are out of stock, we will refund the amount charged to your credit or debit card for these products and send you a refund confirmation by email.
  • Damages. Holika Holika will not be responsible at any time for any damages that you may incur because products are out of stock.
